I source predominantly preloved items of clothing from a range of suppliers; when items are received they are checked over before being laundered where necessary, listed, stored and finally sent to you beautifully packaged.
I describe any flaws I find and will be 100% honest with you, there may be very minor imperfections that are missed, I am a human after all 🙂
I aim to make your purchase as similar to buying new as possible and I aim to ensure you have outstanding service from me, you can confidently purchase knowing quality is guaranteed.
Size Guide
I know that the sizes provided on clothing can vary massively and is a frustrating way to judge an item’s true size. I believe the best, and only way to guarantee a size is by providing measurements of the actual garment as there may be a disparity between the two. I kindly ask that you check these before making your purchase so you can ensure a good fit, and save yourself the hassle and cost of having to return items. I list the size of an item based on the manufacturers’ tag, however you must ensure you check the measurements. In the absence of a size measurement within the garment, an estimation of the size will have been made based on the measurements.
Dispatch
I aim to dispatch on a daily basis. Orders placed before 15:30pm will be dispatched the same day.
Returns through Vinted
As I am a business seller and due to distance selling regulations you are able to return the item you have purchased within 14 days. When you receive your item, you are not given the option to confirm everything is ok, you do not need to do anything unless you have an issue. Once 14 days have passed you are then able to leave feedback, which I would greatly appreciate!
