Sadly over the time I have been selling on Vinted some parcels have very occasionally gone missing. I can’t be held responsible for delays with courier companies or parcels that go missing. With protection cover added to each Vinted order missing parcels will be refunded after the date vinted specify. I know it is frustrating waiting but please be patient if this should occur.
